Please send an email to Mindy ([[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])) and Tom ([[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])) that includes the email address you most frequent and your cell number -  Assignments are due before midnight on July 15 ## Assignment In my current role as consultant and coach, I use empathy regularly to know what it is that my clients need, whether that is the district I'm training with, the ed tech company I'm consulting, or the audience I'm speaking to. It's easy to think of what I need, but so much more difficult to think about what those I'm serving need. Over the past few weeks, I have been thinking about how to increase my empathy. One of the ways I would like to try is adopting empathy interviews, though I won't call them that. My goal is to ask people three questions that are deeper than "how's the weather?" and "what's new with you?" I'm going to make a list of questions that I can use to help me gain more empathy into what they're experiencing and struggling with.
