## Audience:
- Principals and higher in the organization (directors, superintendents, etc.)
- Can have a separate one targeted at teachers, could be an upsell for the principals and superintendents.
### Ideas for the webinar:
- How to increase civility in your schools
- How to communicate effectively when people are not being civil
- How to partner with groups you disagree with (crossing the aisle with conservatives and liberals)
- How to value the other side
- How to manage parents who want to ban books, allow books, etc.
- How to stop having angry parents.

### Goal for the webinar:
- Create a lap book
- Create an open source resource list to help people
- Create an action plan to listen and communicate effectively with someone with whom you disagree.
- Create a protocol (like restorative circles) for parents to air grievances civilly and for schools to field them.
### Cost
$99 per attendee, split if co-sponsored with associations.
$1999 upsell is a curriculum they can use with their teachers and students, coming January 2024, for use during faculty meetings.
$10,000 to come do this in person with your staff for a full day for two of us.

- Establishing trust - picture of a kid, this is our end goal.
- We both want to help this kid. While we may disagree on what that looks like, how can we both support them?
- It’s ok for there to be differing opinions, because kids are always going to have differing opinions thrown at them.

- Using AI to help you respond civilly. Write a scathing screed and have AI make it better for you.
### Part 2
- How to disagree civilly even when the other person is upset.
- how to shift a conversation from adversarial to collegial.
- How to effectively end a conversation.
- How to maintain a positive relationship even if you both disagree
## Goals and Commitments
- Commit to holding the webinar X number of times over the next 6 months. (We only need 20 people at each one if we do it 10 times. That seems very manageable.)
- Webinar can be run with just two of us (ideally just one of us)
- Goal is to get enough to pay our 3 tuition payments ($4200) for six credits after expenses, so we need 200 people to sign up and pay the full price (or 400 with an association).
- Commit to following up using a certain method with each of the attendees.
- Commit to abandoning if fewer than 5 people register with refunds
- We will all reach out to our contacts
- We will set a time for the webinar far in advance
- We will create marketing collateral for affiliates to send out
- We will create a lead magnet to get people interested
- We will have a process for getting testimonials from people who attend
- We will have a one-page web site about the webinar and any upsells
