# Relationships PRIMED Worksheet
PRIMED Action Planning Worksheet: Jethro Jones
Relationship Strategies
Relationships: Intentionally developed positive connections between members of the school/district community. This includes all stakeholder groups. These relationships are based typically on positive interactions and shared knowledge of each other.
## STEP ONE:
Please identify at least two Relationship-building strategies that are already in place in your school/district. You may use the categories above or anything else you do that you think intentionally supports the development of healthy relationships.
1. Intentional Promotion of Relationships: Check in/Check out process – kids who are struggling have an adult they check-in and/or check-out with at the beginning and/or end of each day.
2. Nurturing Adults: Unstructured Synergy time – Twice a week, every adult in the building is involved in supporting students in a project of the students’ choice outside of an academic area. Teachers are not required to track progress towards academic goals, but rather progress towards social-emotional goals.
## STEP TWO:
Please identify at least two more things you can do that would increase the development of positive relationships in your school/district. Again, you can choose from the list above or list anything else you think would be good for you to implement for the purpose of increased positive relationship development.
1. I think we could benefit from clearly delineating and stating the social emotional goals that we want to have happen in 2 above. As it stands, we are just noting when they occur and don’t have goals around it.
2. Another place we could improve is in having duties for supervision more clearly defined as a time not to make sure kids aren’t doing bad things, but as a time to intentionally build relationships.
