Email to Tom I feel confident I’ve got a good plan. My research question is something like this:
How do principals perceive their own growth in organic* skills through the transformative principal mastermind?
* Formative Five mostly, but leaving it open to assess any SEL/Character/Soft skills they might suggest.
I’ll interview former clients who were with me at least 2 years and do a semi-structured interview.
This all still needs a lot of work, but it’s starting to come together.
